Wells Fargo Enterprise Systems Quality Assurance is accountable for SQA strategy, standards, execution and governance driving a quality culture across the company. The ESQA-WIM (Wealth and Investment Management) Test Domain provides testing services for all phases of testing supporting Wealth, Brokerage, Retirement, Trust and Asset Management applications.

The Integrated Functional Testing team is looking for a Test Planner supporting specific brokerage applications and would be responsible for test planning and execution coordination. In an effort to implement error free releases, the responsibilities of the Systems QA Analyst 4 include, but are not limited to the following:

Creates, prepares and implements systems quality assurance reviews for numerous applications.
Responsible for primary development of testing strategies.
May serve as a coordinator for all testing activities on a project.
Act as SME and QA lead within a dedicated Agile Scrum team.
Assists scrum master in sprint planning activities i.e creates/review test plans.
Ensures Agile team is following test Automation standards i.e Gherkin, GWT
Performs moderately complex to complex test data setup, regression testing and testing validation.
Maintain/Create and execute automation test scripts in support of functional testing using UFT and Selenium.
Coordinate and execute in-sprint Automation within 2 week sprints in an agile release.
Provides specific guidance on defects to developers.
Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff, and assist in the development of testing skills for all team members.
Logs, tracks, and verifies resolution of software and specification defects.
Documents all phases of the Systems QA process.
Use or coordinates use of the ALM and Agile tool to (VersionOne, JIRA) monitor test progress, etc.
Coordinates the regression testing effort to ensure it is complete and provides adequate coverage of business critical functionality.
Creates testing estimation for projects/small enhancement requests.
Defining high level end to end testing scenarios/data flows for test planners and testers to follow
Coordinating and supporting SIT/UAT testing and defect triage across integrated functional testing, automation and stress, performance and load teams
Performing complex analysis of business requirements and system specifications to drive test timelines and deliverables
Partnering with business and development teams to create detailed test strategies and acceptance criteria
Facilitating test support requirements including test data, test IDs and test environment readiness
Identifying testing dependencies & risks with requirements, scope, and application availability as well as understanding dependencies between testing teams
Utilizing technical and functional knowledge of applications and enterprise standards to evaluate and resolve complex testing risks/issues and manages through resolution
Providing communication to project stakeholders

Required Qualifications

5+ years of information technology quality assurance and systems/application testing experience2+ years of web applications experience5+ years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) tools4 + years of automation or regression testing experience3 + years of mobile testing experience4+ years of experience using HP ALM or other testing tools4 + years of experience designing and implementing solutions for test automation using Selenium and Java4+ years of scripting and automation experience2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge and understanding of creating test plans, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, and expected resultsStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyTest planning and executing experience in systems such as: Test Tool, Quality Center, or ClearQuestExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years quality assurance and systems/application testing experience. 3+ year of Automation programming experience with Java and VBScript. Web Services Experience preferred. Desired experience in Brokerage Domain/Advisory Business. Preferred trading experience. Strong leadership skills; proven work experience leading teams and/or mentoring and managing multiple testing efforts. Knowledge of software testing principles, techniques (Gherkin, GWT) and Agile methodology including familiarity with testing tools (i.e. ALM, ClearQuest, Jira, VersionOne, Jenkins, GitHub, Vulcan etc.). Experience in leading and creation of the QA deliverables against project timelines/budgets. May serve as test coordinator for all testing activities. Excellent communication skills and strong organizational skills Strong problem solving, decision making and qualitative analysis skills. Effective collaboration across, project teams, vendors and business teams at all levels for planning, issue identification and resolution, risk mitigation and production implementation Ability to lead meetings and/or presentations to communicate risks, change controls and testing decisions or recommendations Lead Defect Management and status reporting process by demonstrating follow-through on resolving project, application, testing and environmental issues Experience using SQL and test data mining Experience with test automation tools/frameworks (including AGILE test automation frameworks/concepts) BA/BS in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering and/or other related discipline or equivalent experience Occasional weekend and after hours work may be required to keep upstream and downstream SDLC tasks moving forward in order to meet project commitments and/or support production release execution and validation tasks

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.MO-Saint Louis: Min: $66,000 Mid: $93,000NC-Charlotte: Min: $66,000 Mid: $93,000
