Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the Sponsor's in facilitation of mission/business requests, running governance boards and conducting community outreach. This will consist of working multiple activities simultaneously at times, capturing action items and defining and disseminating business processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting the Sponsor in fielding system requests, running technical boards and conducting community outreach
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently while proactively identifying and conveying potential process improvements, soliciting and distilling feedback to requirements
  • Assisting with processing of business requests, how-to support requests, capturing potential new requirements for the office's key system and functioning as the point of conduct for feedback for the office specific system.
  • Provide support to Sponsor governance boards (developing agenda, recording minutes/actions, coordinate location specifics, etc.)
  • Assist in day-to-day operations of the office by providing assistance in submitting access, tool requests.
  • Obtain knowledge and monitor efforts undertaken by the Sponsor surrounding data management and handling
  • Identifying opportunities for strengthening, streamlining, and standardizing the system
  • Ability to assist in preparation of presentations and reports
  • Aiding in meeting facilitation and information sessions
  • Assisting the Sponsor in assessing, documenting, and tracking program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs)
  • Compose and maintain documentation such as statement of works and other associated technical document s as required
  • Work independently and amongst a team with minimal supervision to address roadblocks and deliver results in a timely manner or provide the most relevant course of action


Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge in enterprise data strategy, data governance practices, data stewardship principles, data architecture principle s, data standards, and metadata management best practices
  • Experience with successful full life-cycle software development projects
  • Ability to translate requirements into end-to-end designs for systems that involve multiple interfaces and supporting data repositories
  • Demonstrated experience in providing Front Office integration support, in stakeholder engagement and program governance.
  • Demonstrated Lean Six Sigma/ Business Process Improvement skills to elicit the 'voice of the customer ' for stakeholders across the And from this information, working with the Sponsor, help develop improvement recommendations to streamline current legacy processes.
  • Demonstrated senior-level interpersonal effectiveness, political savviness, and communication skills to interact with all levels of the workforce and write and present program artifacts that are appropriately tailored to meet the information needs of the audience.
  • Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD. or equivalent work experience.
