Responsibilities

The Systems Integrator will support the customer providing support to include technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements. The candidate will ensure stability of the technical baseline for assigned projects and report issues and concerns to appropriate project lead, COTR, and GPOC management in a timely manner. The successful candidate will work as part of a larger team, supporting the migration of systems to a cloud environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Guide systems through the Authorization & Accreditation (A&A) process and coordinate related documentation (BOE, POAM, etc.)
  • Track COTS software upgrades/releases, manage the internal upgrade process including coordinating with the Data Transfer Officer (DTO)
  • Work with the COTR to process invoicing/billing for software licensing
  • Gather, analyze, report technical information
  • Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations
  • Assist in the preparation of management plans and reports.
  • Coordinate project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracking action items for successful completi
  • Facilitating meetings and information sessions.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI with Poly Required
  • BS/BA in Information Systems, Business Management or related field
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, awareness of and ensuring compliance to Sponsor processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of products (to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project)
  • Ability to produce deliverables in formats as required by staff leadership
  • Experience creating, maintaining, and presenting reports
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, including the ability to work effectively independently, in a team or collaborative environment

Desired:

  • Customer Domain experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow, AWS
  • Experience with Xacta and the A&A process
  • Experience with monitoring/tracking Software licensing

Education-

Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or

8 to 10 years with MS/MA or

5 to 7 years with PhD.
