Responsibilities

Responsible for translating the clients business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs for very large complex IT solutions and integrating architecture. Acts as an advocate for the client as the ultimate authority on the architecture designed to address client business problems. Plans, implements, tests, documents, and maintains enterprise-wide solutions to total system or subsystems using internally created and/or off the shelf products. Analyzes and identifies all or part of a company's existing or new peripheral, network, and telecommunications systems requirements, taking into consideration the special technology needs. Establishes functional and technical specifications and standards, solves hardware/software interface problems, defines input/output parameters, and ensures integration of the entire system or subsystem. Provides direction for design activities. Often project-based, sometimes working at customer sites.

Specific Job Description:

The candidate will be part of a high-performing Front Office team that is responsible for division-wide program support to the customer with a focus on documentation, knowledge management, scheduling, budget management, and implementation of rigorous program processes and standards. The candidate will directly interface with the customer's division leadership and managers, and assist them with schedule, administrative, and human resources-related tasks as required. The candidate will ensure meeting/activity coverage across the division leadership, prepare documentation for promotion panels and interviews, onboard new employees, arrange meetings, and track corporate actions.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Advanced collaboration skills to enable seemless integration within the team
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to manage and deconflict multiple calendars
  • Ability to manage meeting agendas, minutes, action items, schedules, and room reservations
  • Ability to understand and maintain a robust technical and operational knowledge management system and to continuously improve documentation and resources for the division workforce

Desired Skills:

  • Understanding pf customer organizational structure and governance process
  • Knowledge of customer human resources processes (interviews, promotions, etc.)
  • Knowledge of customer-specific tools (timekeeping, budget, request databases, etc.)
  • Prior experience with customer
  • Experience supporting operations
  • Understanding of the customer's system architecture
