- Responsible for assessment, planning, design, testing, implementation and technical documentation for enterprise messaging, and collaboration toolsets within Office 365

- Serves as the subject matter expert for all cloud office 365 productivity solutions within the O365 Productivity suite

- Assistance aligning with the infrastructure support teams on the technical architecture to effectively deliver the Cloud Office solutions in a sustainable and high-performing manner

- Communicates directly with colleagues on applying Digital Workplace technologies to solve identified business challenges

- Understand and assess existing client messaging and collaboration toolsets

- Design and plan large scale migrations to O365

- Document existing and future state with functional requirements and specifications

- Research new technology and assist with developing roadmaps

- Document servers and client management settings

- Develop test plans, implementation plans, and project timelines for various projects

- Solve complex problems with many variables

Required Skills:

- Understands Office 365 products including Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, on premise, online and hybrid

- Understands Microsoft MDM tools - Intune, Azure Identity and Rights Management, Enterprise Mobility Suite

- Understands Exchange 2013 features, migration, and related concepts

- Experience migrating medium and large enterprise clients to Office 365

- Experience with implementing 'Click 2 Run' Office deployment methodology

- Office 365 planning and migration including Exchange, SharePoint, Lync/Skype

- SCCM, MDT, OS/Application deployment toolset engineering

- MS Enterprise Mobility Suite design, support, implementation; 3rd party MDM experience a plus Azure design, development, networking, integration

- Basic project management skills and able to create work plans/estimates

- Proficient communication and presentation skills

- Proficient technical writing skills using MS Office suite - PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel, Project

- Advanced technical/admin expertise with Active Directory

- Service Management Concepts: ITIL

- DevOps Experience

Desired Skills:

- Project Management Concepts: Six Sigma, Agile, MBF

- Active Directory engineering, support, migration

- Windows 10 image design, deployment

- Large scale (30k+ mailbox) Exchange design/migration

- Advanced conceptual or working technical knowledge of the following a plus:

- Prior enterprise-wide engineering and implementation experience with Instant Messaging

- Prior implementation experience with Microsoft Teams

- Desktop/Server Virtualization - Citrix, VMWare, HyperV


- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and/or extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a Technology related field

- Proven ability to innovate with a history of new or improved technology solutions with remarkable impact on company productivity

- Interacts well with diverse groups within function and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external collaborators
