The position is responsible for the creation and maintaining of complex supply contracts in SAP and related NA Systems which include leveraging reporting tools such as spend analytics, inventory and forecasting reports, dashboard metrics / KPI's and procurement health metrics.

The role has an analytical component and 'customer-orientation' at its core, and requires strong analytical, project management and inter-personal skills. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.


  • Responsible for the contracting process which includes the creation, maintenance & issue resolution.
  • Coordinate all systems operations to provide global procurement with required reports and metrics to manage contracts effectively. This includes SAP, Optiva, Envision, Invoice Management, Ariba and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
  • Deliver Global Procurement On-Boarding training of new employees as well as new updates and/or refresher training and tutorials to the procurement team
  • A key interface to Corporate Procurement, Operations (16 plants - Canada, CUSA, PF), provide input into contract system processes to support overall communication between corporate and plant buyers .
  • Responsible for updating and distribution of a monthly procurement dashboard / KPI's
  • Coordinate the calendar and fiscal year end contract creation process
  • Active member of global procurement power user team
  • Consistently and actively seek feedback from and deliver feedback to manager and peers, and drive continuous progress on self- development


  • Education : Bachelor of Science/Arts
  • Experience : 1-3 years of relevant experience in industry. Prior internship in relevant area is a plus.
  • Required Skills: SAP knowledge an asset.
  • Technical: Excellent proficiency in MS Office (++Microsoft Excel)
  • Non-technical: Excellent analytical skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong inter-personal skills. Attention to detail. Strong ability to work in a matrixed, team environment.
