Your Role and Responsibilities
IT Specialists in this job role will have expertise in managing and operation of IT hardware, software, communications, and/or application solutions, and the resources required to plan for, develop, deliver, and support properly engineered IT services and products to meet the needs of a business.

The scope of this job role includes preparation for new or changed services, management of the change process, and maintenance of regulatory, legal, and professional standards, management of performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance, and management of bought-in services including, for example, public network, virtual private network, and outsourced services. Typical examples of the deliverables are service-level reporting, risk, and contingency planning.
IT Specialists who apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions. Individuals who are part of Support typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical customer situations. The employee focuses on individual/team/department/ operational objectives.

We are searching for candidate with Wintel and one of Messaging & Collaboration services area skills. Candidate will provide 2nd/3rd level remote server support for different customers in Nordic market place.

Main Activities:
Problem Solving: Recognize problems related to project objectives. Creativity and judgment applied to professional technical, or operational problems. Independently generates solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes to enhance and improve or develop complementary adjustments /solutions.
Impact on Business/Scope: Accountable for individual or team results, and for the impact of the results on functional activities. Participates in overall departmental program planning. Contributes by supporting activities that are subject to business measurements, impact customer satisfaction, or impact immediate costs or expenses.
Technical activities: Management and administration of Exchange on-premise servers, as well as for Office 365 environment and Skype for business. Implementing new solution, troubleshooting clients issues and fixing problems. Continuous improvement of compliance side of clients environment. Maintaining and developing automation, analysis of clients environment and its improvement. Creation of respective documentation. Process improvement.
Project contribution/leadership: Projects for migration to O365, implementation of new infrastructure, migration of mailboxes and more.

Teams description:
Team of 11 level 2 and level 3 administrators, supporting 40+ medium and small clients
Dynamic and friendly environment, team spirit
Working on regular shifts Monday-Friday 8:00 16:30, 1 week/month on-duty support
Possibility to start/end shift earlier/later
Pre-approved 2 days of home office per week, can be more in exceptional cases (illness, kids, legal stuff etc.)
Required education of a new member: high, ideally Bachelor's Degree

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are searching for candidate with Wintel and one of Messaging & Collaboration services area skills. Candidate will provide 2nd/3rd level remote server support for different customers in Nordic market place.
Wintel skills:
- Experience with Windows 2008/2012/2016
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO

Messaging & Collaboration skills:
- O365
- Design, implement and support Office 365
- Experience with Exchange Online, Skype for Business Online, Azure Active Directory
Exchange:
- Experience with any of Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016 version
- Troubleshooting SMTP, ActiveSync and mail delivery issues
Skype for Business:
- Design, implement and support Skype for Business 2015
- Design, implement and support Lync server 2013
General requirements:
- English intermediate
- Team spirit
- Communication skills



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- MCSA or MCSE certification
- ITIL certification
