As a Solutions Consultant for DoubleClick in Global Support, you will act as a critical means of specialist support for sales teams and our customers, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, improving it all the time. In this specialist role you will become a product expert, focused on handling troubleshooting tasks so that the sales teams can concentrate their efforts on client-specific activities. You will be responsible for liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide two-way communication on customer issues and questions. This includes problem prioritization, analysis, and resolution of issues. The result should always be a high level of customer satisfaction.


Overall Responsibilities:


Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from sales teams and Google's advertisers, agencies & partners


Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues


Manage sales and customer inquiries related to DoubleClick by live channels and email tickets


Contribute to the development of internal products and processes, including developing documentation and training materials


Top 3 daily responsibilities:


Prioritize and deliver outstanding customer service, troubleshooting and resolving issues from sales teams and Google's advertisers, agencies & partners


Engage with cross-functional partners to resolve issues


Manage sales and customer inquiries related to DoubleClick by live channels and email tickets


Required Skills:


BA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, minimum 2 years of relevant skills or equivalent experience)


Minimum 2 years prior technical support experience


Excellent communications, problem-solving and analytical skills


Prior customer engagement (Sales, Support, or Agency)


Strong written and verbal communication skills


Nice to have skills:


Up to 2 years of experience in an online advertising role


Experience of using DoubleClick, YouTube or AdWords or other online display advertising systems would be an advantage


Prior experience with DoubleClick or Adwords is a big plus.


Customer focus with strong communication skills and client facing experience, ideally of a technical nature


Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies


Being extremely proactive, organized, responsible, and having the proven ability to work well with a team
