Our client in Orange County is looking for Support Analyst I to join their team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provides support electronically, by telephone and face to face with the ability to handle escalated issues efficiently and appropriately. Receives requests for computer technical assistance and problem resolution from company employees. Collects detailed information to categorize request in order to determine method of resolution. Exercises professional judgment in analysis of problem in order to attempt hardware/software solution by phone, or decide proper level of maintenance required to solve problem. Documents all work completed into the appropriate call-tracking and incident management systems. Documentation includes a clearly defined description of the problem, complete troubleshooting steps, customer communications, equipment asset information and a complete description of the resolution.

Assists in troubleshooting Tier I , Tier II level issues and notification of enterprise problems. Ensures appropriate and accurate escalation of incidents that require resolution by other internal IT groups beyond the Service Desk. Partners with other IT teams and acts as a subject matter expert for the Service Desk. Participates in project deployment and roll out implementations.
