Your Role and Responsibilities
Standort: Hamburg, Berlin, Kln, Dsseldorf, Frankfurt/Main, Ehningen bei Stuttgart oder Mnchen.

Our SAP SuccessFactors Engagement Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation using IBM Implementation methodology on our projects across DACH. Your tasks include u. a. the initialisation and planning of projects, the development and control of the project cost structure, the monitoring of the results and the continuous improvement of the quality, the risk management and the administration of the contracts.
The Engagement Manager will also be responsible for managing the agreed budget, resource management and delivering the project profitably. The role includes overseeing and managing a number of consultants onsite and offshore in terms of planning, work and deliverables plus guiding them with SuccessFactors best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate competency in the SuccessFactors product suite with basic understanding of SuccessFactors Technical offerings.
  • Participate in the pre-sales cycle when requested to gather requirements, formulate delivery approach and develop a proposal
  • Provide guidance and mentoring to those SuccessFactors consultants resources working on their implementations
  • List out key deliverable and ensure projects are properly planned and staffed
  • Full P+L ownership of the implementation project
  • Work with the client project manager to identify/resolve all issues and design solutions
  • Work with Delivery Assurance to ensure absolute compliance
  • Identify opportunities to propose other services offerings which might not be limited to SuccessFactors
  • Ensure the project is delivered within the budget outlined in the SOW
Decide the scope of project along with deliverables and manage Change Requests
  • Passion for client services
  • 3-6 years HR and or ERP application experience
  • 2+ years SAP SuccessFactors Certification
  • Prior consulting experience with a consulting company
  • Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft or similar HR applications is desirable
  • Working knowledge with at least one of the following business areas HCM, Compensation, Payroll, Recruiting/Talent
  • Awareness about latest technological trends
  • Experience of working with 3rd parties during implementation
  • Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Business development skills and ability to adapt to new technological trends
  • Previous service sales experience a plus. Successful candidates have a balance of functional (business) and technical experience
  • Willingness to travel at minimum 60%
  • Fluency in German & English
