Job Description:


Provides end-to-end HR analytics and reporting services, typically focusing on standard and basic / less complex analytics and reporting. Works with HR systems to generate reports upon requests, ensuring customer requirement is met. Measures and analyzes performance of HR business drivers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by HR Center of Expertise under the guidance of HR Reporting Team Lead.


Partners with other HR Reporting Team Members to deliver HR reporting and analytics services to help build a high-performing HR Service Delivery Team. Supports creating and building HR Reporting Team that is focused on delivering results by seeking and responding to regular performance feedback and helping in orientation and appropriate training of team members.


Assignment Specific Responsibilities


- Provides end-to-end HR analytics and reporting services, typically focusing on standard and basic / less


complex analytics


- Contributes to HR reporting administration by tracking requests and completed reports to enable


analysis of team report volume and to avoid redundant report development


- Measures and analyzes performance of business drivers and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as


defined by HR Center of Expertise under the supervision of HR Reporting Team Lead


- Measures and analyzes performance against targets and benchmark data per the process defined by HR


Center of Expertise under the supervision of HR Reporting Team Lead


- Receives communication distribution direction from HR Center of Expertise and publishes results


tailored to individual user needs (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, reports) as defined by HR Center of


Expertise


- Extracts data from multiple HR applications or sources to generate standard and basic ad-hoc reports.


- Sends standard report to customer; and follows up with customer to ensure customer is satisfied with


report


- Schedules recurring reports and notifies the customer that the report has been scheduled


- Reviews multiple audit/exception reports on a biweekly basis to track and follow up on discrepancies,


and ensure data integrity


- Works with HRIS as needed to understand HRIS design standards


- Extracts employee data, providing information to third-party vendor for administration of HR related


programs


- In initial year participates in cross-training and job enlargement opportunities for Major job


responsibilities. Works with direct supervisor to identify minor set of responsibilities to develop and


perform in support of peaks, valleys and cycles across the Shared Services Organization and individual


career growth opportunities. Performs both Major and Minor responsibilities

Additional Requirements


General understanding of HR functions with in-depth knowledge of HR reporting and/or HR analytics andassociated applications


Knowledge of shared services center / contact center operations and associated human resource issues


and solutions desired


Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations, including percentages and decimals


Demonstrates strong analytical and critical thinking skills


Ability to perform day-to-day HR Reporting activities to ensure that customer priorities are met


Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to influence others and strong list


Ability to coordinate with other human resources team members to deliver seamless customer service


Ability to produce data, identify information anomalies and determine solutions


Ability to identify concerns before they become problems, and to propose solutions to the concerns


Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and working with


multiple customers


Ability to navigate HR information management systems to perform analysis and generate reports as


needed


Ability to work with Access and PowerPoint a plus

Demonstrates strong attention to details and accuracy in all work-processes


Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HR systems and applications
