The Wealth & Investment Management (WIMT) Application Delivery Services team is looking for a highly skilled Business Systems Consultant for the WIMT Investment Contact Center (ICC) team. The selected candidate will be recognized as an expert and visionary in providing strategic business solutions to enterprise-wide technology initiatives. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between the client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems for resolution with automated systems. In addition, this candidate will provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements by applying knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future.

This position will work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. In addition, participation in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications is expected. The successful candidate will act as the highest-level internal consultant within technology and business groups by re-engineering technical processes for greater efficiencies with significant impact to the business, recommending and initiating systems testing. This is a leadership role expected to direct and serve as a mentor to less experienced staff. The candidate will lead a team that handles the support, enhancement and strategic direction for the technology products that support these business lines.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both7 + years of experience gathering business requirements from various sources including end-users and stakeholders3 + years of leadership experience including coaching, training, and mentoring

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of creation of work estimates and timelinesAbility to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and managementAbility to articulate issues, risks, and proposed solutions to various levels of staff and managementExperience with capacity planning, forecasting, process improvement, and measurementsKnowledge and understanding of project management methodologies: used in waterfall or Agile development projectsKnowledge and understanding of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle)Ability to develop and manage business relationshipsExperience managing geographically diverse teams including both multiple domestic and off-shore locationsContact center experienceStrong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problemsAdvanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skillsFinancial services industry experience

Other Desired Qualifications Demonstrated ability to interact and present ideas and solutions effectively inclusive of senior level managers Experience managing and mitigating risk Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-pressure environment Proven work experience acting as a relationship manager to convey and influence business partners through effective negotiation. Experience overseeing technical project deliverables including design, execution, testing through implementation Proven ability to consume complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, simple business language
