Randstad Technologies is seeking a Sr BSA for a role in Denver, Colorado.

This individual will work with various business, technical, information security, Legal, and Compliance personnel. Primary responsibilities will include analyzing the needs of stakeholders, translating feature requirements into business specifications and development and prioritization of Agile user stories, and managing the phases of delivery for cross-platform project deployment.

This individual must collaborate effectively with business and technology partners and be able to coordinate across functional teams and enterprises to deliver the platform experience. This individual must have the ability to balance client and user experience, tight timelines, multiple priorities and risks in order to make decisions and optimize outcomes.

Key Job Responsibilities

Working with business partners and end users to develop functionality to meet their needs

Operate as day-to-day business lead on a key project

Leading requirements gathering, developing specifications and user story documentation, and partnering with technology to deliver solutions

Performing user acceptance testing and supporting QA test efforts

Supporting training and communication needs to ensure users can maximize their knowledge

What you have:

5+ years of relevant work experience required including:

o 5+ years of experience in working with product development

o 2+ years of experience with Agile

o Prior experience with waterfall

o Prior experience operating as a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) and writing business specifications

o Prior experience working with data, such as data mapping

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (self-starter style)

o Highly client-oriented with a collaborative work style

o Demonstrated ability to work within all aspects of the development lifecycle

o Strong relationship building and facilitation skills

o Solid attention to detail, coupled with an ability to think strategically

Ability to gather information from multiple sources (internal, primary and secondary research) and synthesize them to uncover trends that draw out relevant and actionable conclusions

Apply finely-honed influence management and collaboration skills to orchestrate and maximize the work and deliverables of cross-organization and cross-functional teams assigned to product initiatives

Possess the ability to maintain focus and drive results in all business cycles and environments. Demonstrate adaptability when projects need to deviate from original plans or shift direction based on changing needs and priorities

Desired but not required

Prior experience using Jira

Knowledge of account aggregation technologies (screen-scraping, OFX) and relevant vendors (Yodlee, Intuit, etc.)

Previous financial services experience
