The responsibilities for this role are focused on the support of software products. This includes engaging with customers and other technical support staff to ensure proper escalation, and successful resolution of service desk interactions.

Qualified Candidates will have:

  • 2+ years experience in software support.
  • Experience in software related operations, systems, network infrastructure, storage, software and data.
  • Experience with Linux and command line.
  • Understanding of Internet technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, etc)
  • Experience with Agile software development.
  • Ability to communicate and interact effectively with customers.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools is a plus.
  • Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
  • Some travel will be required
