Our client is looking for a Software Engineer with Call Center experience. Must be a Green Card holder or US Citizen.

Scope of work:


The software engineer analyzes requirements and designs, develops, tests, deploys and maintains application systems in response to enterprise needs of moderate to high complexity in the fast paced contact center environment.


Top 3-5 requirements:


- Software developer with Call Center experience and Cisco OR other IVR products


- Agile experience


- Strong communication skills as they will be working with business partners


Top 3-5 pluses (Not needs):


- Java development experience


- Javascript development experience?


- Knowledge of Speech recognition technology
