  1. Collaborates with the CMs to lead the management of timely execution of digital and social media communications projects including maintaining a calendar for planning and distribution to global marketing partners.
  2. Manages the development process through the use of related tools/workflow systems in order to efficiently scope, resource, schedule, and track deliverables through project lifecycles.
  3. Accountable for maintaining oversight of project details, timelines and budgets via project management system-alerting the digital team and stakeholders regarding changes and/or reprioritization of deliverables in real time.
  4. Responsible for building strong working relations across global marketing teams by combining project management skill with business understanding to ensure programs are executed on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  5. Direct contributor to proactively proposing workflow-process improvements/integrations to boost team efficiency and speed to market between creative, communications and other workgroups within Global Marketing.
  6. Acts as a diligent brand steward and is able to demonstrate command of brand guidelines, particularly in relation to facilitating adherence to these standards throughout creative execution.
  7. Has knowledge of the mutual fund business, from the perspective of channels, markets, and product areas as well as major sales and marketing initiatives in execution of assigned projects and activities.
  8. Direct contributor to continuous improvement and optimization of automated workflow system, ensuring inputs are valid and encouraging proper usage by colleagues across Global Marketing.


  • Bachelor's degree combined with 4 - 6 years of experience in advertising or marketing, within or servicing a financial services organization. Product knowledge of mutual funds a plus.
  • Proven understanding of social media, advertising and marketing project types and accompanying processes, as well as the job functions that comprise a marketing communications organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while consistency meeting deadlines.
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal); ability to interact successfully with individuals at all levels.
  • Positive, collaborative, flexible disposition with the ability to work independently and/or as part of a team.
  • Customer oriented with a commitment to proactive problem solving to enable client satisfaction.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), familiar with social media platforms and best practices.
  • Experience working with automated project management workflow system(s) and content management systems required. Specific experience with Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager, a plus.
