Your Role and Responsibilities
The [email protected] organization is looking for an experienced and high-energy Operations Lead. Responsible for coordination and consolidation activities for the overall CIO strategy and [email protected] implementation.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with Leaders, business Product Owners, Stakeholders, and technical members of the team.
  • Collaborate with multiple levels of IT and Business management and partner across multiple IT Teams and systems.
  • Responsible for resources planning and control
  • Responsible for tracking projects and providing retrospective status for senior leaders
  • Have a strong desire and ability to learn new skills and absorb professional knowledge quickly.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Focus on improving IT strategy, governance and data sourcing.
  • Expertise in process management/improvement, performance and metrics management
  • Communicate for impact with strong customer interfacing skill.
  • Experienced in setting the look, feel, and messaging of the organization's communications through your experience as a writer, designer, and brand manager.
  • Develop and execute a communication plan with senior leaders
  • Become the focal point for all communications from all teams for anything that emerges from the organization to ensure a consistent look, feel, content, and brand identity our service consumers can rely on
  • Facilitate collaboration with the rest of the CIO office and corporate communications teams to ensure the [email protected] messaging and communications match the style and content of IBM design
  • Foster community engagement and leverage blog posting
  • Develop and edit content that reads well to all levels of employee with all degrees of language capabilities
  • Work effectively in an open environment where creativity and collaboration are welcome and encouraged.
  • Performs other duties as assigned to support the [email protected] lead

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Management or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple priorities/projects including project scope, schedules, quality, change management and project financials
  • 3+ years of experience working in an Agile environment in Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, automated testing, Agile metrics Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving, interpersonal, and time management skills to handle complex and often concurrent situations effectively
  • Strong Communication skills - needs to be able to communicate at an executive level
  • MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint
  • Self-motivated decision maker, frequently taking initiative to improve processes, share best practices
