Sr Service Desk/Engineer Technician (Level 2 or 3)



  • Expertise in Microsoft Suite Products
  • Lenovo
  • Phone System - Ring Central (doesn't have to have prior experience with this exact system)
  • Internal Support for internal employees
  • Configuration experience
  • Key- Troubleshooting and being able to analyze the problem
  • Must be able to think outside the box
  • Manager will test this person to see how they approach problems
  • Will be working with a ticketing system
  • Understanding what they do directly impacts the business and if someone if not up and running then there must be a sense of urgency to get it fixed and that the problem is not solved until then.
  • Must be available (always) even on Weekends. There is a possibility for "After hours Support"
