Minimum requirements.


2 Year Technical College or Vocational School - minimum requirement. 4 Year College Degree preferred.


0-1 years of previous experience in a high call volume call center


Responding to and diagnosing technical computer and application support Incidents.


Able to quickly and effectively utilize knowledge base tools for incident recognition, research, resolution and routing to support engineers.


Typically is able to resolve less complex incidents immediately, while more complex incidents are assigned to next level of support.


Focus on learning procedures and adherence to schedules.


Working alongside existing staff to quickly learn the required technical incident management support workflows
