As part of the CTO Operations and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) group, the Enterprise Observability Team is responsible for delivering innovative, scalable, stable, and secure products that provide deep business insight, operational insight, and predictive analysis.

As the team's Senior Strategic Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to partner with Technology executives and their champions to drive remediation of key regulatory-driven initiatives. In this capacity, you will own and manage the program to help technology teams adopt strategic platforms, and drive the building of new automated and scalable control products. In order to achieve this, you will need to partner with multiple teams including IT Infrastructure, Middleware, Information Security, Architecture and Line of Business Applications, and drive the development of new processes, tools, standards and policies.

Beyond risk and control driven initiatives, the Senior Strategic Consultant will also help lead the adoption of products that provide full stack observability including application monitoring, logging, alerting, and visualization and other cutting-edge enabling technologies (ie: AppDynamics, End-User Monitoring, AIOps, Elastic Stack, machine learning, hybrid-cloud monitoring, Chaos Engineering, etc. ) to build service reliability with the ability to self-heal.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Own a multi-year, multi-team program to develop new tools, processes and standards for improved risk management and controls. Project planning and control techniques, contingency planning, cost estimating, strategic planning and implementation, work breakdown structure. Drive program milestones, exceed company objectives, implement strategy, and build relationships. Responsible for leading the Program Management communications and reporting across multiple stakeholder groups. Own the Program Dashboards and responsible for tracking high-level status across key initiatives for CTO Operations. Responsible for managing and tracking budget and supporting coordination with applications teams across the Enterprise CIO organization. Develop trusted relationships with architecture, product development, infrastructure engineering, operations, IT leaders and business leaders. Provide high-level technical and analytic direction and guidance. Be hands-on to help mitigate/troubleshoot critical risks, issues and/or escalations.

Who you areyour experiences:

Strong experience running key large compliance initiatives or remediation efforts in the Financial Industry for Information Technology. Experience creating, managing program and operational budgets from the Business Case phase through project completion and sustainability. Demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills including the ability to simplify key messages, present compelling stories and promote technical and personal credibility with internal and external executives, and to both technical and non-technical audiences. Drove the effort in migrating and modernizing tools to latest industry adopted standards at enterprise scale. Domain knowledge in application, infrastructure and web logging is highly desirable. Technical exposure to tools like Splunk, AppDynamics, Elastic Stack, Datadog, ITRS Geneos, Dynatrace, and cloud native tools is highly desirable.Required Qualifications
