Wells Fargo Technology sets IT strategy; enhances the design, development, and operations of our systems; optimizes the Wells Fargo infrastructure footprint; provides information security; and enables continuous banking access through in-store, online, ATM, and other channels to Wells Fargos more than 70 million global customers.

Foreign Exchange technology is seeking a developer who acts as an individual contributor and/or technical engineering lead for the most trading applications such as OPICS, SWIFT, CLS, and Reporting suites. Enhance the FX platform (Dodd-Frank, FATCA, Tax Withholing, Remediation, etc.) to meet business and regulatory requirements. Provide support of the trade life cycle of the FX platform. Work on an Agile and collaborative environment with Business users and other technology partners to ensure successful implementation of business initiatives and technology releases. Enhance trade management processes for front, middle and back office using micro services solutions. Some of the functional responsibilities include but not limited to application development, sprint execution, technical design, system analysis, performance evaluation, data reconciliation, configuration design and help in the implementation of multi-phase projects. Ensure partners involvement in sprint planning, execution, verification, problem resolution, business requirements gathering and approval of coding changes that impact testing. Monitors code quality, security issues and manages technical backlogs. Identify criteria for load/stress testing, configurations prototyping, mock testing, Business Continuity planning, server patching planning and system validation. Champions continuous improvements in the organization.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of application development and implementation experience7+ years of application development experience5 + years of VB.net experience, C# experience, or a combination of both4 + years of experience writing relational database queries for stored procedures, query optimization and performance tuning4+ years of Agile experience3+ years of scripting and automation experience

Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsA Master's degree or higher in science or technologyKnowledge and understanding of capital markets or tradingAgile CertificationExperience using the team collaboration software ConfluenceKnowledge and understanding of application development analytics or reporting Knowledge and understanding of API programming with Perl, XML, REST or JSON3rd party vendor application development experienceKnowledge and understanding of Autosys2+ years of JIRA experienceIntermediate Microsoft Visio skills

Other Desired Qualifications Working experience with Dev Ops tools like GitHub, Jenkins and uDeploy.Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.NC-Charlotte: Min: $90,300 Mid: $129,000
