Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration

 

General Role Description:

Primary responsibility of this critical role is to administer Salesforce.com and the integrated applications supporting Development, Operations, and Strategic initiatives for Dine Brands Global Inc. The Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration will develop, implement/improve CRM processes and provide support and training to 130 end users.  This individual will also administer and maintain CRM for all brands both domestically and internationally.  This includes identifying, researching and solving technical problems, as well as implementation of system enhancements and process improvement. 

 

The Senior Manager, Salesforce Administration is a champion for Salesforce.com, configures system, and has a passion for continuous process improvement and application of best practices. This role must have a strong understanding of operations and development processes as well as experience with project management, data management, and administering training.

 

Equally important is providing the analytical and data support for the Executive Team, Development Team, Finance and Operations Departments. This role provides analysis to help evaluate and improve brand performance, and interprets and converts raw data into meaningful and useful operations and development intelligence. This role will create standard reports in Salesforce.com and provide monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports in support of Operations, Development, and Finance.  

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

CRM Administration

  • Administration of Salesforce.com and surrounding applications

  • System configuration for accurate reporting and analysis for development, finance, and operations

  • Training 130 users across company on using Salesforce.com and associated applications

  • Enforcement on use of system / provides reports for Management enforcement

  • Gather requirements for evaluation of significant new applications

  • Create Community environment utilizing the available monthly logins

     

    Data Management

  • De-duping and cleansing existing data
  • Managing imports of additional data maintained within the CRM
  • Responsibility for ongoing integrity of data
  • Administration of all data tools

 

Strategic Analysis &Reporting

  • Working with Development, Operations, and Finance Leadership, provide analytical insight for executive-level strategic thinking.

  • Responsible for weekly, quarterly and annual reports including executive summary and analysis

  • Responsible for creation and running of opportunity reports, in conjunction with Development

  • Create reporting tools to enable users to meet their own analysis needs via Salesforce.com

  • Manage updating existing data

     

    Compliance Management

  • Track compliance of key development and franchise agreement obligations

  • Create form documents/email processes that notify franchisees of their missed obligations

  • Work with legal as necessary for resolving out of compliance situations

 

 

 

Requirements

Specific Qualifications and Experience:

  • College degree required, MBA preferred
  • Salesforce experience required
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office applications.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
