Senior Loan Origination System Business Administrator direct hire position available in Knoxville, TN


SUMMARY:


The Senior LOS Business Administrator is responsible for supporting the Small Business Finance (SBF) team by providing day to day operational support, training documentation & materials, and end-user training on the nCino platform, including any CRM features either from nCino and/or any other CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce.com) selected to be adopted by Bank. The Senior LOS Business Administrator will work collaboratively with SBF Department Managers, users and the Information Technology team members to provide best practices on the nCino platform. The function performs business needs analysis, documents, reports and manages system enhancement requirements, and facilitates issue resolution in partnership with the IT team. The Senior LOS Business Administrator will act as a liaison between IT and the business line on assigned enhancements, projects and the position is responsible for the coordination of testing efforts and drive user acceptance testing to produce quality and efficiencies for the organization. This position is based in Knoxville, TN but periodic travel to other locations, such as Miami, FL or New York, will be required.


RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.


Subject Matter Expert (SME) Product Owner to set Prioritization and Process Improvement (20)


- Acts as product owner and assist in prioritization of improvements for the nCino SBF solution.


- Interacts with users to translate business needs into design documents and specifications for process improvement change in nCino.


- Works with SBF team and IT team to document business requirements for configuration enhancements and Process Improvements in nCino; supports the IT change management process for deployment into production.


- Provides business analysis and recommendations for process improvement as it relates to nCino application. Collaborates with IT team and vendor to ensure best solution that complies with Bank's industry standards.


- Proactively collaborates with the SBF Team to identify potential process improvements and enhancements that increase efficiencies and quality.


Day to Day Front Line Support (20)


- Responsible for the day to day operational support to the SBF team prior to the escalation of issues to the team.


- Serves as Business Process Subject Matter Expert (SME) to identify and report issues with users and work directly with IT team to diagnose and resolve end user problems in a manner that complies with the bank's policies and procedures.


- Troubleshoots areas of poor performance and identifies effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term.


- Collaborates with users to open tickets for issues and tracks resolution for training opportunities.


- Performs batch reassignment of accounts and opportunities based on organizational changes.


- Assists co-workers with task completion and work load over run as requested.


- Travel to Miami, New York and other locations, as needed.


New release Management, Testing, Communication, Training (20)


- Acts as the liaison between the IT teams and SBF teams to coordinate testing efforts for new releases, upgrades and process improvements before they are committed to the release plan; guarantees that change and release implementation artifacts are complete and meet process requirements and standards.


- Develops training plans, materials, and documentation for application users, keeps materials up-to-date, document FAQs, coordinate new user and ongoing training sessions for employees.


- Delivers training and communication to business users and promotes cross-training on nCino features and best practices.


Best practice Process Improvements, User Adoption Rates (20)


- Responds to management to identify new and creative opportunities to leverage the applications to support additional business processes or functions.


- Participates in the integration process with other enterprise systems or other applications as the opportunities arise.


- Plans and implements best practices and provide consistency within the nCino application across all SBF teams


- Monitors user adoption rates and responds as needed via additional training sessions, communication, modifications, or other resources to improve usability and productivity.


- Stays abreast of the user community and recommend best practices based on interactions with the user community.


Reporting (20)


- Develops and maintains custom reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously improve data quality, process integrity and productivity. Audit, uncover and work with IT teams to resolve data integrity issues.


- Assists users with report design and management to effectively manage the loan pipeline.


QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES:


- Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills

- Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service


- Strong knowledge of nCino/Salesforce applications


- Moderate to advanced knowledge of workflow applications including Salesforce.com

- Excellent organizational skills


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:


Education:


- Bachelor's degree in business or technology field or equivalent work experience


- 1-3 years of Small Business Finance Lending experience


- 2-3 years of nCino application experience


- Salesforce.com Administrator Certification preferred


- Experience in Apex programming language, VisualForce development, and report writing software.


COMMUNICATION/LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to speak, read and write in the English language; Spanish (or other languages) helpful. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; and effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals; and compute rate, ratio, and percent; and to draw and interpret bar graphs. An understanding of higher mathematical concepts may be required for specific departments.


REASONING AND ANALYSIS ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form; and deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Salesforce certification preferred
