Job Description

As a Senior CRM Technical Lead in the CRM Core Services Team, you will be responsible for effectively partnering with our business partners and our technical teams to implement new and/or upgraded functionality to critical Enterprise CRM applications.

Candidate will also be required to lead other development team members and contract resources, including providing necessary guidance to prepare SDLC and technical documents, troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

This is a leadership role that will have responsibility to drive successful outcome of projects ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • 10+ years of ASP.Net experience
  • 10+ years of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) experience
  • 5 + years of experience leading multiple workstreams, applications, or deliverables
  • 2 + years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing requirements and designing new solutions for application and database components

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in collaborative environments
  • Experience leading or managing other developers in the above skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with .Net Development
  • Experience with NDM (or other ETL Tool) development methodologies
  • Experience with Autosys development methodologies
