The Business Relationship Manager (BRM) Analyst provides trusted services increasing BRM efficiency, effectiveness, reliability and value to align with the Account Management strategy. The role will enhance IMG performance through effective communications, organizational maturity and modeling improvements to increase customer satisfaction.


Essential Functions:



  • Collaborates with BRM and IMG resources to create and implement business strategies that leverage and integrate IT strategy of architecture, infrastructure, and application development of existing and new technology to achieve business objectives.
  • Performs Strategic analysis and consulting as a thought leader to drive and influence forward looking business initiatives.
  • Performs strategic business consulting as a thought leader to drive and influence forward looking business initiatives.
  • Facilitates the review of service delivery costs and recommends cost-saving infrastructure options.
  • Navigates through organization to resolve identified problems and issues, looks for real root cause and, when needed, handles organizational conflicts that impede service delivery.
  • Facilitates the development and maintenance of service metrics and communicates overall Information Technology performance metrics.
  • Represents business needs in the identification and prioritization of IMG performance improvement opportunities.
  • Assists as needed in the creation of business cases where the implementation of information technology will produce a positive return on investment.
  • Establishes and maintains effective communication channels for the BRM office to ensure consistency aligned to major enterprise environment changes, key strategies and initiatives.

Deliverables:



  • Executive Level Reporting
  • Meaningful and accurate scorecards, availability reporting, performance metrics
  • Service and Business Priority Lists co-developed by stakeholders that relate to the infrastructure and the annual business goals and initiatives of the business.
  • Implemented service improvements, standards or policies.
  • Sharepoint, communication, training, and webinars sessions on organizational changes, initiatives, strategy and strategy changes, customer service, reporting and so on.
  • Process Flow Charts
  • Gap Analysis
  • Functional Business Requirements
  • Understand and create High-Level Technical Requirements
  • ITIL and Six Sigma Certifications are a plus

  • Maintain and execute against project and activity milestones
  • Consult, advise and support Business Relationship Managers

  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, abstracting details into high-level understanding, and deriving true business needs from user requests.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to establish the current and future state.
  • Must be able to identify current business processes and either reinvent or use best business practices where relevant.


Soft Skills:



  • Excellent communication, organization, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate with business partners, departmental Administrative Assistants and Business Relationship Managers.
  • The ability to understand technically complex issues and put in simple terms for different Lines of Business.


Basic Qualifications:


Experience



  • Minimum of five (5) years of Infrastructure Technology Consulting at senior levels.
  • Minimum ten (10) years related experience including IT project/program management, infrastructure architecture and financial management experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in an Account Management, Business Relationship Management or Client Engagement leadership roles.


Education



  • Bachelor's degree in related field required or four (4) years of experience in a directly related field.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Business development or client oriented value based account management experience.
  • Master's degree (MA, MS, MBA or other Graduate Degree).
  • Excellent interpersonal, organization, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to drive, influence and deliver on identified service or infrastructure improvements that will meet business needs.
  • Speak and write clearly and effectively even when relating complex information.
  • Thorough understanding of Scorecards, Dashboards, SOWs, SLAs, OLA's and Performance Management Metrics.


Additional Requirements:



  • General working knowledge of building safety codes, OSHA and disability regulations.
