The eBusiness department is seeking a Project Manager will support the planning, executing, and monitoring/controlling of high-visibility cybersecurity projects. The successful candidate will apply a full spectrum of project management principles and concepts, while working with internal/external stakeholders on technical and analytical issues related to the cybersecurity initiatives.

Ideal candidates would have:

  • Proven track record of delivering multiple IT & infrastructure projects that involve cross-functional teams
  • Project planning skills with the ability to handle a large workload, anticipate required tasks & milestones, and facilitate the activities of dynamic, dispersed workgroups.
  • Strong background and understanding of software, technology, security, privacy, and operations.
  • Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices and the ability to blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
  • Hands on experience managing policy, processes, and procedures implementation.
  • Technical understanding of network security, endpoint security, data governance, and overall cybersecurity best practices.
  • Experience and knowledge of cloud security, firewall concepts, PCI DSS, NIST, and vendor management.

Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for end-to-end project management, demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end.
  • Manage security projects with technical requirements and compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and revise project goals and plans, progress reports, updates, milestones, metrics, risks, and issues. Deliver information presentations as appropriate.
  • Manage change requests. Assess impact to scope, schedule, and cost, and communicate with key stakeholders.
  • Organize and facilitate project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and other Scrum-related meetings as appropriate.
  • Liaise with resource managers to ensure resources are available to support the timelines within the project schedule.
  • Make decisions and take timely independent actions in pursuit of project priorities.
  • Evaluate, negotiate, and prioritize work requests for effective resource management.
  • Contribute to, support, and promote identification of best practices, and use of all project management tools, techniques, and methodologies within the PMO.


  • 3 Years Plus Prior project management experience
  • Good understanding of security concepts
  • Strong work ethic with a can do attitude
  • Experience with Project Management Tools such as Jira and MS Project
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Executive-level customer interaction preferred


  • Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM and/or PMP a plus.
