Their focus is also on client relationship management including with the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) or the senior most Security Executive, delivering on commitments to clients and achieving financial objectives of profitable revenue growth while creating an environment for growth and innovation. A SPE's role is to lead, motivate, integrate and orchestrate the account organization into an effective security team focused on delivering value to their client.


Your Role and Responsibilities
The Security Project Executive's (SPE) responsibility is one of general management of their account in the areas of:
Managing Client Relationship
Program and Contractual Commitments Delivery and Financial
Responsible for Customer Satisfaction
Achieving Account Growth Targets through excellence in Delivery, business development and leading new opportunities to closure with Sales support
Accountable for cross-competency delivery teams; C&SI and Managed Security Services portfolio
Accountable for resources, staffing, escalations
Responsibilities:
Account ownership and client relationship focal for all Security Services activities on contracts
Effective business and financial (revenue, profit) management
Security program governance including oversight of delivering on commitments and reporting
Point of escalation for [critical] situations that are impacting client satisfaction with IBM Security Services; includes participation in security incident handling, when appropriate
Commercial awareness and scope/change management
Overall client satisfaction management including defining means for gauging satisfaction level
Client referenceability (private and/or public)
Periodic reviews with clients on their security program status, value being delivered and thought leadership that aligns IBM Security Services offerings to their business objectives, priorities and directions
Periodic Internal updates to Security Executives on account performance
Opportunity identification to grow the IBM Security footprint in the account



Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Proven track record of general management areas of client relationship management, consultative selling, financial / business management, portfolio / program management and team / people management.
Information Security / cyber security knowledge
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in complex project / client management, account management
Good negotiation skills, excellent written and verbal communications skills
Highly adaptable and able to lead teams through changes



Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Professional qualifications/certifications in project management and/or security preferred (CISM, CISA, )
Knowledge of IBM Security portfolio and GTS processes preferred
Ability to rapidly build teams / networks across the IBM organization
