Role: Scrum Master III?

Duration: 11+ months

Location: Houston,Texas

Description:

- Coordinate and monitor the Scrum process from initiation through delivery.

- Serve as liaisons between the product owner, development team, and management in order to ensure that all targets and requirements are met.

- Ensure that team members understand project objectives.

- Maintain product backlog and release plan, and facilitate productivity by setting up meetings and removing impediments that may obstruct the pursuit of the team's sprint goals.

- Preserve flexibility and ability to rapidly respond to changes.

- Career-level position within field.

- Considered highly skilled and proficient in discipline.

- Conducts complex work important to the organization.

- Works under minimal supervision.

- Typically requires 8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and education.

Required

- Must have IT experience.

- Knowledge of TFS, including admin functions and dashboards.

- Must have experience with companies adopting a modified Agile implementation.

- Knowledge of the airline industry.

- Knowledge of SharePoint (management, admin).

**ADDITIONAL NOTES FROM THE HIRING MANAGER**

- Will support multiple projects.

- Must have strong leadership skills, but not too assertive.

- Will work in Downtown Houston.

- Very minimal travel to Chicago, maybe once a quarter, usually day trips.

- Will conduct phone screens followed by F2F/Skype interviews (F2F preferred).
