Description:


This position is for the SPLSA Commercial Support team working with SAP's Service Parts Management (SPM) software. Preference will be given to candidates with previous SAP CRM experience, especially pertaining to Claims/Returns processes.


Typical Day:


Support internal customers by analyzing system issues and providing both short-term and long-term fixes as prioritized by business need.


Education Requirement:



  • Bachelors degree in computer science or related study


Critical Technical Skills:


Must have



  • SAP CRM
  • ABAP experience
  • Prior analytical and development role
  • Advanced excel skills, working formulas and all MS office
