Position Summary:

The role will support projects like CZDS, Registrar, GDD, Compliance, and Registry Services in the E&IT Contracted Parties area, specifically around the Naming Service portal. Responsible for the exploration, implementation, testing and maintenance of new and existing Salesforce technology, and leveraging a declarative ‘out-of-the-box’ approach whenever possible. Scope includes collaborating with NSp team and helping directs solutions to functional and technical problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a contributing member of a highly talented Scrum team of global E&IT professionals based in various locations around the globe
  • Proficient in developing Workflows and unitizing Process Builder
  • Design and configure security/sharing rules, permission sets, field level security, record level security, roles and profiles
  • Create regular metrics to manage, measure, and report progress to key stakeholders, management, and staff
  • Define and oversee the development of E&IT-enabled services from specification, planning, delivery and execution, and maintenance
  • Interface with other technical, operational, legal, policy, security and cross-functional teams to refine existing services
  • Achieve functional consistency and accuracy through documented functional processes and procedures
  • Be an exceptional team player and comfortable in working in a highly diverse, multi-cultural environment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Knowledge of Visualforce controllers and Apex coding
  • Experience developing on the Java and/or force.com platform & API's
  • Understands the importance of Entity (Object) Relationships and how to implement them in Salesforce, via lookups, master-detail and custom junctions
  • Strong understanding of Object Oriented (OO) design patterns as well as various user based security models
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Experience with Javascript frameworks such as Angular JS, Jquery and/or ExtJS

Education and Experience Requirements

  • BA or BS degree, Advanced degree in engineering or systems is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years related Salesforce development experience.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced, multi-cultural team environment.
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, organizational and procedural changes and to work independently with minimal supervision on complex, non-routine issues.
  • Certifications in Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience as a certified Salesforce Administrator, and working on Scrum teams
  • Ability to clearly articulate solutions; verbally and in writing
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
  • Active listening skills in daily interactions with internal and external stakeholders around the globe.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
