The Salesforce Project Coordinator will act as a liaison between Salesforce technical and business user groups. This role will assist in Salesforce Development and Reseach activites including researching and tracking new development initiatives, external Salesforce Process Add Ons, documenting current and proposed processes and solutions, enhancements and workflows. This individual will also identify technology alternatives and recommend solutions to business and technical audiences

The Project Coordinator participates in all phases of the systems development life cycle - from project scoping, planning and requirements definition to issues resolution, testing, training and implementation.

This staff member will be responsible for vendor coordination including Proof of concept activities. The coordinator will be responsible for developing, compiling and writing communications for distribution such as presentations and status updates to Partners, Business Line Management and staff. This role also requires you to be an active participant in strategy sessions with the line of business and our team, attend team meetings and ability to interface with lines of business and management effectively. Finally, there will be a vendor management aspect to this role

1. Presentations

  • Coordinate and develop materials for Partner, Systems & Business line senior management and Staff meetings
  • Create presentations & documentation

  • Create and modify presentations for ad-hoc and repeating meetings/updates
  • Vendor coordination including proof of concepts

2. Communications

  • Create/Manage Client and Mangement Reporting
  • Cross team and Enterprise communications

3. Project Management Support

  • Manage meeting schedules, coordinate materials and logistics,
  • Research, schedule and coordinate Industry & training events
  • Assist with the Budget and Finance process
  • Assist with Periodic enhancement reviews
  • Agile Methodology
  • Knowledge of Clarity and Jira


  • BA/BS degree and/or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 to 4 years project management / project coordinator experience.
  • Ability to use standard desktop tools effectively, including Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes.
  • Industry Knowledge
  • Ability to create presentations using software tools such as MS PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with project methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • 3 or more years Salesforce Experience Required
