Project Overview:


Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.


Overall Responsibilities:


As a Sales Strategy and Operations Manager, you will be the "chief operating officer" of a sector, partnering closely with the Industry Director, and will lead sector-wide or national projects to improve the operations of the Large Customer Sales organization.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:


Provide actual insights to drive sales behavior


Influence agenda for weekly leadership meetings


Maintain operations of large businesses (channel management, headcount, coordination with cross functional teams)


Proactively identifying opportunities to improve the efficiency of the business (root cause analysis, solution set)


Identify bright spots that can be scaled and applied to across the vertical sales sector


Quarterly: Providing strategic planning to ensure robustness for upcoming quarter targets


Required Skills:


BA/BS in Business Administration


5 years of sales operations or consulting


Effective, clear and conscience written and oral communication


Self sufficient and ability to collaborate well within a team environment


Expertise in spreadsheet and presentation software


Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:


MBA


3 years of experience working with C suite stakeholders


Actual digital sales experience


Hospital industry experience
