Your Role and Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales Manager in Venezuela and this is the opportunity youll be waiting for!

Were looking for talent to help us increase our sales revenues and maintain customer relationships within Venezuela.

In this role, we seek outstanding leadership, organizational and sales skills. We expect you to be an excellent communicator who understands customer needs and is able to share their vision with the sales team and channel ecosystem.

Ultimately, you will ensure our clients are working with the best technology and search for ways to grow our sales.


  • Devise effective HW and infrastructure sales and marketing strategies
  • Coach and lead sales team
  • Meet with C -level to address concerns and provide solutions
  • Discover sales opportunities
  • Support the sales team to present products and services to prospective customers
  • Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
  • Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
  • Assess sales performance according to KPIs
  • Monitor competition within assigned region
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Director

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Proven experience as a Sales Leader / Coordinator / Manager
  • Proven track record as IT seller ( 5 or + yrs)
  • Proven experience of increasing sales and revenue in field sales experience
  • Tech sales experience
  • Technical Background
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • BSc/BA in Systems/ IT or a related field
  • Familiarity with Opensource / Openshift/ Docker/ Containers / kubernetes is a plus
