job summary:

Current Need

Members of the Robotic Process Automation(RPA) team will work on project-based assignments in small and large teams to deliver automated processes within McKesson. The services include assessing process needs for RPA, delivering innovative automations, automation analysis, solution design, and automation development and deployment.

Position Description

  • Provide mentorship to contract labor and functional group development resources
  • Work closely with various business functional leaders and Six Sigma resources to develop solution designs to automate various business processes
  • Based on solution designs, break down development effort into numerous sprints to complete development work in an agile methodology
  • Complete development/testing leveraging established best practices and standards, including periodic validations with process owners, and an end to end business validation upon completion of development effort.
  • Work closely with production support team to deploy into production, complete required documentation including lessons learned and execute knowledge transfer


Minimum Requirements

2+ years experience, optimally in project management or process improvement.

Critical Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree with a preference in Business, Technology, Math, or Engineering
  • Prior experience using RPA software, technology, and tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere
  • Advanced Level MS Excel to include experience using VBA and macros
  • Must have strong business acumen with ability to understand business challenges and create a solution design to solve business problems
  • Prior experience with troubleshooting and correcting RPA related technical issues
  • Data analysis skills, interpretation, and evaluation of reports from various databases
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in driving and executing project plans to meet timelines

Additional Knowledge & Skills

  • Knowledge of project management.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification desirable.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build relationships and deliver solutions to senior leadership
  • Process improvement experience
  • Self-motivated, organized and capable of handling multiple responsibilities and projects to successful completion
