Project Overview: Data Infrastructure & Analysis (DIA) is home to a number of products that form the backbone of Google Ads. These products ensure that ads get shown and Google gets paid. For example, these products store all ads, campaign, and advertiser information, track all clicks to allow analysts and leadership to generate insights and make business decisions, and handle all payment transactions that flow through Google.

As part of a new initiative to more closely tie product usability with users, DIA is rolling out an effort to conduct usability testing for all DIA products. This project requires running laboratory usability tests in controlled settings, transcription of the data, and analysis to score results.
