In addition to setting the foundation for how the team accepts, reacts and responds to current production escalation, this role will also be engaged with the technology roadmap to build the Customer Due Diligence platform of the future.

The Core Services Technology team is looking for experienced technical business system consultants to bring our Customer Due Diligence platform into the next generation. We are looking for analysts that understand the importance of a solid business process that is the foundation of a solid technology platform. This is an individual contributor role, and your ability to build releationships with the technical support team, the development team and the business user community will be key to your success.

This position requires the technical skills and the ability to quickly assess impact of technology changes, production issues, and release schedules to assist in managing the day-to-day production environment for Cornerstone.
Job responsibilities include:

Release Coordination and Liaison for all the Releases from Dev through PRD with Development, QA, BPM Support, Deployment teams Coordinate and help track Capacity vs Work Allocation efforts on the BAU and Fix Pack releases Coordinate and help track the SDLC metrics and action items for the releases, excluding the monthly BAU releases. Liaison for all Escalations come to Level 3 Support and coordinate efforts with L1/L2, Development and Product Teams towards resolution, and clear communications. Coordinate the communications for the Releases outside of the BAU.Required Qualifications

7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of bothExperience with Waterfall and Agile project methodologies2+ years of release management experience3+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts3 + years of experience with Agile tools

Desired Qualifications

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of technology application support: production and nonproduction environment1+ year of IBM BPM experienceMicrosoft Visio experienceBasic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

Other Desired Qualifications Experience in AML/KYC technologies and Financial Crimes Risk Management and technologies, including customer due diligence, sanctions scanning, transaction and product monitoring and regulatory requirements such as Dodd/Frank, FATCA, etc Proven understanding of infrastructure and experience with TOG on delivery. Experience in formal Business Analyst role involved in business systems analysis and/or design.
