Job Description

The Relationship Management Consultant will have a key role in developing and supporting RMII processes such as relationship management, delivery partner, and maintenance processes in order for RMII to achieve successful G&O documentation delivery. Responsible for collaborating with team members across RMII/delivery partners (Enterprise Controls and Oversight, RMII Report Documentation teams, etc.) and across the end-to-end supply chain (Report Owners & Preparers, Data Providers, Data Owners, Subject Matter Experts) to define, build, and maintain required processes. The consultant will also play a key role in supporting relationship activities with RMII stakeholders across the enterprise to ensure they have a coordinated and consistent experience across all RMII deliverables.

The Report Mapping & Issue Identification team within Enterprise Data & Analytics (EDA) creates an end-to-end view of the in-scope Governance & Oversight (G&O) Risk and Regulatory reports; this includes identifying people, processes, and data used to create and produce the reports, as well as associated risks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to develop processes to support RMII relationship and documentation activities and deliverables
  • Develop successful partnerships and effectively collaborate internally with other RMII functional areas, as well as external stakeholders
  • Prepare and present work product to stakeholders/management in a concise, convincing, and effective manner
  • Provide leadership to other team members and consultants, and may manage a small team
  • Develop metrics and track/evaluate process performance
  • Ensure processes adhere to appropriate policies and regulations including compliance with G&O, COSO, and EDG requirements/policies

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
  • 4+ years of process definition and documentation experience



Desired Qualifications

  • A BS/BA degree or higher
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to facilitate meetings
  • Ability to work effectively in virtual environment where key team members and partners are in various time zones and locations



Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience documenting/interpreting process flows and/or data flows
  • Proven experience in building partnerships, collaborating and influencing at all levels and across lines of business as well as with corporate partners
  • High degree of initiative and strong ability to meet principal accountabilities with limited direction and oversight; prioritize and organize work with limited supervision while still meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of COSO and BCBS 239 Principles
  • Knowledge of Risk, Regulatory, Finance or Accounting
  • Proven ability to develop and manage relationships across Lines of Business and support functions
