  • This is an individual contributor role located in Adelaide, South Australia
  • Responsible for delivering trade, supply chain and inventory financing within the region.
  • Establish and maintain relationships withsmall to mid-tier dealers to develop new business, and retain and penetrate existing business.
  • Work with the sales and other cross-functional teams to develop and implement plans that drive retention, penetration, profitability and growth of existing accounts, including supporting identified opportunities for strategic clients and high priority prospects.
  • Manage the start to finish accreditation and risk underwriting for new Customers and Finance Consultants as required across Distribution Finance offered products.
  • Identify, refine and improve processes and develops best practices that increase team efficiency and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Provide value-added analytical and technical support to organizations undergoing strategic planning and other business initiatives.
  • Prepare and deliver standardized customer presentations and participates in training as required.
  • Serve as an escalation point for resolution of customer issues.
