Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Lead Delivery Pool team(s) of a customers account or a group of customers accounts to meet the contractual requirements, which includes but not limited to, assigning and directing work of team members, reviewing and balancing the workload.
  • Accountable for team work products, and for the impact of the results on the contractual commitments of customers account.
  • Expert for client and team on all requests related to a particular account.
  • Understands customer requirements and business opportunity/requirements.
  • Performs root cause analysis and creates a solution that is applicable to the supported account to ensure defection determination in arising technical problems that were not handled by the pool effectively.
  • Address all escalations related to the customers account including management of severity one issues to resolution.
  • Focal for the account and management team in developing account level metrics reporting by pulling requested information from various sources and consolidating information.
  • Ensure compliance to IBM's business controls policies including security, financial, labor claiming, etc. in supporting the customers account.
  • Maintain an auditable security compliance posture in supporting the customers account.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • University graduate with at least 10 years working experience
  • At least 5 year of experience in team management
  • Strong leadership and ability to influence the team members
  • Have good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
  • Have strong problem solving skills; analyzing problem and creating solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodology, tools and solution components
  • Embrace to new challenges and restlessly reinvent to change
