As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Talent Reinvention strategy and development including digital HR, HR Transformation & operating model design and implementation
  • HR Technology selection and deployment/integration e.g. Workday, SuccessFactors, OraclCognitive and AI strategy, roadmaps and solutions across the talent lifecycle
  • Cognitive Process Service (BPO) /Employee care for recruitment, core HR operations, payroll, and learning
  • Learning strategy and digital learning content transformation including learning consumption and analytics and personalized learning platforms
Specifically, This Candidate Will
  • Co-create with clients to define their HR digital transformation journey to a modern cognitive business
  • Use design thinking methodologies to design and codify employee experiences for those moments that matter in our clients business
  • Develop AI and automation-enabled client solutions, re-invent and redesign HR processes leveraging AI to bring to light new HR operating models and achieve clients business case objectives
  • Participate in global account teams to build end to end client proposals

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
The ideal candidate for this role will have a minimum of 5-7 years experience as an HR consultant with deep expertise in at least one of the following areas and working knowledge across many

  • HR Delivery Strategy
  • GDPR and HR Data Management Knowledge
