Permanent position: Industrial and commercial electrical contractor has IMMEDIATE opening for an assistant project managers OR project manager in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a MINIMUM of two years of experience working on commercial or industrial construction projects. Relocation assistance or per diem will be offered.

Responsibilities for the Project Manager

*Support the project manager by taking ownership of assigned tasks
*Review and understand all contract requirements including terms and conditions, scope of work and contract schedule
*Coordinate with internal groups, including: engineering, pre-fabrication, warehouse/purchasing, accounting and safety
*Learn key project management skills from current project managers such as: project set-up, tracking and reporting, cost management, and client relationship management
*Travel/relocate as needed to support local and national projectsRequirements for the Project Manager



*BS in Engineering, Associates degree in Electrical Engineering or Electro-Mechanical Technology or equivalent industry experience
*2-4 years of relevant professional experience
*Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Previous experience with Microsoft Access, Bluebeam Revu and CAD/BIM software is a plus, but NOT requiredBenefits
