job summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager with the following skills:

* Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the information technology department.

*Oversees all aspects of projects.

* Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project.

* Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the projects.

* Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project.

* May require a bachelor's degree and 5 - 10 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

* Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

* Performs a variety of tasks.

* Leads and directs the work of others.

* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

* Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

*****Ideal Candidate:

* Candidate should have 5+ years experience managing IT projects, and have strong communication skills.

* Candidate should have experience coordinating projects that involve multiple system integration points.

* Candidate should be familiar with Agile & Waterfall SDLC methods.

* Candidate should be comfortable speaking to Business Customers in Call Center, as well as multiple IT Groups. Any Call Center related background is a plus.

* Must be proficient in Windows, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel).

* Must be self motivated, good working relationship with working partners as well as business.

* Knowledge of Call Center operations, IVR, and Sales Force is a nice to have.
