The Business Analyst/Project Manager applies a broad knowledge of project management and administrative support concepts, practices and procedures to project, task(s) and stand-alone activities. This role has a focus on project reporting, report development and analysis.


* Develops business performance management (BPM) functions to support executive management and operations managers.

* Manages the ongoing development of customer reports to include web-based reporting and ad-hoc reports.

* Performs queries, formats reports, interprets data and provides analysis.

* Provides consultative, technical and staff support as required to executive and operations management.

* Works with business partners in the creation and logging of project.

* Maintains accurate, complete documentation, dashboards, data and reporting on project processes and execution.

* Develops clear and accurate status reports for multiple projects/work efforts.

* Performs other related duties as required.


Master's degree in Business Administration (M.B.A.) required or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior experience in development of reporting systems. Healthcare industry experience desired but not required. Demonstrated experience with reports and analysis and the ability to interpret data requests and develop reports in a variety of formats.

* Excellent organization skills.

* Computer skills to include, Microsoft Office applications, database applications such as SQL Server, and reporting tools.

* Works effectively and relates well with others.

* Exhibits a professional manner in dealing with others and works to maintain constructive working relationships.

* Self-motivated; career-oriented; organized; and not afraid to learn or take on new responsibilities.

* Ability to accept constructive criticism.


* For roles located in office or home settings; this job is primarily sedentary and may involve repetitive motions; the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, speak, and hear.

* For roles located in the field; this job is primarily active; the employee is regularly mobile and must be able to utilize transportation (such as driving), sit, use hands and fingers, speak, and hear.

* The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift objects (up to 10 lbs. weight; up to 4 ft. height).

* Specific vision abilities required by this job include ability to see things from a close distance and ability to adjust focus.

* The work environment utilizes florescent lighting; noise level is moderate.

* The emotional demand of the job may cause undue stress from, but not limited to, moderate/heavy workload.
