  • Management tools for Cigna associates and contractors.
  • Resolve access related incidents on a timely basis, as well as identify their root cause and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist customers in obtaining the appropriate access necessary to perform their job functions.
  • Fulfill advanced requests related to creating queries, views, and solution articles, and maintaining field level data values.
  • Provide direction and support to projects teams across the enterprise pertaining to Service Manager onboarding process, appropriate use, and training requirements.
  • Contribute to design and implement strategies for continuous improvement, which will enhance the customer experience.
  • Inform customers of technical security issues that impact our business and partner with them to develop effective solutions
  • Maintain records for existing processes and develop documentation for new functions.
  • Monitor incoming tickets in order to evaluate team efforts and identify possible workflow modifications.
  • Coordinate all processes and procedures with the security governance team to ensure they are in compliance with the set policies.


  • Technical knowledge in HP Service Manager or previous experience in a similar IT ticket tracking tool.
  • Basic understanding of ITIL concept, with focus on industry's best practices
  • Strong communication (both verbal and written) and customer service skills, with a special focus on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in activities related to tracking and maintaining data.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, analytical, multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide ongoing support to fellow colleagues.
  • Excellent documentation and project management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours on occasion, including weekends and evenings (as needed)


Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related discipline and at least four, typically six or more years related experience as a project team member of which at least one year was in a leadership position. Understand of team leadership, business practices and their application to effective project management. Strong analytical, communication and technical skills. Able to foster working relationships with the team and client departments.
