JOB PURPOSE


To develop and maintain strong customer relationships in an effort to better understand the needs of the various channel segments and execute service strategies designed to create a competitive advantage.


Manage and administer transactional processes associated with the Order to Cash and reverse distribution operations, to ensure compliance and accuracy of downstream reporting systems.


PROJECT SCOPE


This position will work directly with customers, trading partners, and all touch points of the Order to Cash process to ensure our customers service level expectations are well understood and maintained.


It will execute and manage the investigation processes associated with claim validation and make final decisions on resolution (credit or denial).


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES


Achieve customer satisfaction through front line contact with Client customers. Handle & respond to inbound customer calls within parameters set by customer service levels.


Maintain advanced organizational skills, a high level of self motivation, ability to work independently/efficiently in a high pressure environment, and a proven ability to manage multiple, competing, priorities through to completion.


Maintain excellent interpersonal and telephone skills. Proven ability to forge strong relationships with customers and Client personnel at all levels. Work effectively and collaboratively with all team members and cross functional work streams.


Possess strong communication skills including the ability to keep others informed, listen for understanding, effective presentation skills and concise writing ability.


Develop and maintain an in?depth knowledge of Client's product line, pricing structures, and the various channel strategies.


Responsible for accurate and timely processing of all service center owned transactions including orders, adjustments, claims, deductions, and returns to ensure compliance and cycle time goals are met.


Responsible for resolving customer shipment, billing, and credit disputes by authorizing or denying credit issuance, extended dating, or product replacement using sound business judgment and knowledge of policies/procedures.


Follow procedures as defined in Standard Operating Procedures in addition to proactively identify opportunities for process improvements.


JOB REQUIREMENTS


BA/BS in a business related field or significant equivalent experience.


Minimum of 3 years in a customer service environment.


PC experience and knowledge of business software required with a concentration in Microsoft applications (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE


Experience supporting customers with ecommerce systems.


Understanding of web navigation and standard browser software (i.e. Internet Explorer and/or Firefox).


Experience using standard process management methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean Sigma, ISO, TQM, etc.)
