Digital Technology manages the Wells Fargo online store serving 40+ million customers 24/7/365 days. Within Digital Technology, the Production Support Group (PSG) is a fast paced technology team, responsible for the availability and security of applications that support Wells Fargos 24MM online and mobile banking customers.

**We currently have two Project Analyst positions available. One positions will be assisting with Business continuity Planning and the other position will be assisting with process documentation for project management and other ad-hoc projects.**

  • The team is seeking a technical project coordinator to assist with Business Continuity Planning (BCP), internal user access tracking, and ad-hoc projects related to application security. The candidate should be well versed with modern web and mobile applications, creating documentation, coordinating deliverables, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Validation of BCP recovery members
    • Overseeing the BCP event tracker process to ensure responsible parties complete deliverables by due dates
    • Researching and completing requests for information related to access accounts
    • Managing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc user access audits

  • The team is seeking a technical project coordinator to assist with process documentation for project management, oversee server decommission efforts and other ad-hoc projects. The candidate should be well versed with modern web and mobile applications, creating documentation, coordinating deliverables and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing the server decommission process to ensure responsible parties complete deliverables by due dates
    • Researching and completing requests for information related to server decommissions
    • Documenting various TPM processes
    • Managing monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
    Required Qualifications

    6+ months of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environmentA BS/BA degree or higher1+ month of professional experience through internships, part-time, or full-time work

    Desired Qualifications

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills1+ year of internet banking experienceAbility to analyze metrics and articulate data trends both visually and verballyAbility to communicate effectively with business partners and project managersAbility to develop and negotiate solutions to issues with partners or clients including escalations as needed Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesBasic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills1+ year of SharePoint experienceStrong, clear and concise written and oral communication skills

    Other Desired Qualifications
  • 6+ months experience (or related course work) writing requirements documents and helping to coordinate project deliverables
