Responsibilities Include:


- Oversee the Hyperflex EAP programs: Building and executing large-scale internal and external test programs. Serve as the bridge between product development teams and our global customer base, directly benefiting customers worldwide. Create program pages, communicate and driving software release plans and project schedules. Assesses program risks and driving mitigations plans to keep programs on track.


- Collaborate with and drive interactions between Product Management, Systems and Software Engineering, and customers to execute a best-in-class program.


- Grow and cultivate the participant base, deploy products and software features, solicit and analyze feedback, and champion product improvements.


- Ensure the EAP Technical and Support teams are informed of any software/hardware releases and program changes.


- Keep a weekly status of all programs, to include all major issues and SW bugs.


- Develop a clear, detailed step by step test plan for the overall program and its activities in accordance with the goals and overall success of the EAP objective.


- Detailed budget planning and tracking of orders, shipments, and fixed asset management.


- Review and monitor technical issues, bugs, overall feedback and prepare reports with actions weekly that measure bug count and impact.


- Develop program reports for management and stakeholders delivering on a defined cadence.


- Ensure key stakeholders receive orientation and appropriate information of program goals, processes and deliverables.


Required Skills:


- Extensive experience in program management of HW/SW products and interfacing with development teams (10+ years).


- Strong leadership skills.


- Go-getter / Ability to make things happen.


- Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving skills.


- Able to build strong working relationships across organizational teams.


- Excellent planning and organization skills. Must be able to set priorities, develop work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, track details, juggle multiple projects and work in a dynamic, fast paced environment while delivering results (independent of direction).


- Excellent team player with high emotional intelligence and active listening skills.


- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.


- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.


Preferred Skills:


- *** Prior sales and/or product marketing experience (primarily in outbound vs. inbound focused roles) OR direct experience working with Sales or Product Marketing. ***


- Prior hands-on coding experience in software or systems engineering.


- Previous experience supporting EAP or Beta programs.


- Experience in data center virtualization & hyper converged products.


*This is currently slated for a longer term need (at 12 months +).
