Program Manager:

Lead and complete large-scale, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS software architectures programs. This is a senior individual contributor role that will work cross-functionally with software architectural leaders to ensure that meetings are scheduled and held with regular cadence, action items tracked and deliverables are meet. The Technical PM will develop, design, and implement processes or solutions in order to meet the requirements of a particular project.

- The successful candidate must be able to challenge the status quo by demonstrating a willingness to re-invent current processes, and embrace change as a challenge.

- The candidate should possess the ability to make recommendations and influence change across multiple levels of the organization - from architects, principle engineers & senior engineers.

- A "go-getter" approach to take on a range of issues will be critical.

* Candidates must meet the minimum requirements outlined:

1. 5+ years of experience as a project or program manager, PMP or similar certifications.

2. Knowledge of core software technologies and fundamentals -- key for this requirement.

3. Experience of cloud infrastructure like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud and all supporting technologies -- key for this requirement.

4. Must be familiar with not only popular open source technology, such as NoSQL DB, message bus, configuration tools, monitoring & analytics tools, etc, but also full stack development frameworks from front end GUI to restful API to middleware to backend DB access. Understand the pros and cons of each technology, and clearly know how to select among different scenarios -- key for this requirement.

5. Strong experience working in small, highly technical teams employing Agile/Scrum practices.

- Organize and facilitate planning, review, demos and other meetings as needed.

- Keep goals and schedules highly visible in the organization to ensure that individuals and teams are driven to high levels of productivity.

- Work with management to develop complex plans with considerable inter-dependencies, including contingency plans for dealing with potential or anticipated obstacles and changes.

- Plan, execute and close projects successfully for our customers while managing scope, timelines, financials, communications and other activities necessary for successful project management.

- Experience with navigating various environments where culture and structure varies within the organization with political navigation skills.

- Support Product Managers and Engineering team in the operation of the process and use of tools

Develop documentation and training material, and conduct training/coaching sessions for stakeholders.

- Coach and mentor other team members in our Process Transformation, offer support in areas outside of one's own expertise at times to help a project succeed.
