Program Manager III


Project Overview:


Deliver complex projects from conception to implementation and QA and manage the relationships among them.


Analyze the of work and productivity in order to optimize throughput of the operations team.


Overall Responsibilities:


Lead cross-functional teams to meet the goals for the business from a strategic and execution standpoint.


Work with our diverse client groups to understand requirements and create new engagement models


Work with partner teams to launch and deliver projects related to data architecture and process re-design around demand and supply-side compute resource management.


Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain new operational processes and metrics to support changes in the business; adjust existing processes as needed to meet new business goals.


Track and report out on project milestones and status, including escalating red flags.


Work with cross-functional teams in local and remote offices to develop and roll out project workflows.


Required Skills:


BA/BS in Management Science, Engineering or related field


5+ years working experience


Demonstrated skills in project management and reporting.


Prior experience working with and training in a cross-cultural environment with remote teams.


Logical thinking and independent decision making skills.


Superior problem solving and analytical skills.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented attitude.


Nice to Have Skills/Not Required:


PMP/PMI Certifications


Master's degree in related quantitative and technical field


Experience with a diverse client-base; potentially client-services/consulting


Experience with statistical modeling and analysis. Self-sufficient technologist.


Outstanding organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.


Ability to interact with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.
