The role: Global GTM Partnerships, Project Coordinator

As a member of the GTM Partner team, you will be helping coordinate a number of important projects by organizing project plans, monitoring progress against goals and timelines, and leading periodic project reviews with key stakeholders.

In your role of Project Coordinator, you will be driving identified project, tracking metrics, and improving processes. You will work with a range of stakeholders including Partner Development Managers, Partner Sales Managers, Partner Program teams, Product, Accounting and Operations teams to ensure the successful design, implementation and change management associated with any agreed project/process. You must be comfortable becoming an expert at the Google Cloud partner business as well as comfortable working with individuals at all levels of the organization, from senior managers to functional executors.

Overall Responsibilities:

- Drive identified projects to completion and deliver desired impact

- Identify and track metrics across identified projects

- Optimize introduction of new processes and resolution of technical/process issues

- Develop executive and operational metrics dashboard as per agreed cadence

- Assist in the management of Partner Operations cost reporting (Actual Vs. Budget)

Required Skills:

- Excellent project management, communication, analytical and presentation skills.

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Communications; or equivalent work experience.

- 5-7 years of relevant working experience

- Experience using Google Docs, Sheets and Slides

Nice to have skills/Not Required:

- Experience in a partner/channel environment

- Proficiency with Salesforce.com

- 1 year of prior support/analyst experience preferred, ideally in Enterprise software.

- Experience in process engineering/improvement.

- Six sigma certification a plus.
